Terms and Conditions/Restrictions of Use
This website (“Site”) and its content – including text, images, multimedia and other elements – are the property of, or are legally held by Stelladelmar S.r.l. and are protected by the applicable laws regarding intellectual property. All rights regarding the Site and its content are explicitly reserved and any use beyond that for which they were intended (namely the simple extraction of information solely for personal use) and without the express consent of Stelladelmar S.r.l. constitutes unlawful activity and, as such, legal proceedings will be instituted.

The trademarks and logos on the Site are the property of Stelladelmar S.r.l. They cannot be used on any other website other than that of Stelladelmar S.r.l. without prior written consent. The name Stelladelmar S.r.l. and any trademark including the name Stelladelmar S.r.l. cannot be used as the internet address for other sites, or as part of those addresses, nor used for any other commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Any use of this Site and its content is made under the direct and exclusive responsibility of the user. No statements or guarantees are issued relating to the foregoing, nor can the owner of the Site be held in any way liable for any harmful consequences, including damage to computer systems, which may derive from any reliance on, and/or use of, this Site and its content by the user (i.e. errors or incompleteness of the available information).

With reference to the technical specifications and equipment reproduced in images featured on this Site, it is pointed out that these are non-binding and may undergo change: specifically, approval is pending from the Soprintendenza dei Beni Ambientali (Environmental Assets Authority) and the Municipality of Jesolo regarding some design details introduced following the issuing of the building permit and which are subject to change.

Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Italian law. The Court of Venice (Italy) will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes in any way related to these conditions. In any event, Stelladelmar S.r.l. reserves the right – if considered necessary, or for disputes not related to the Site’s Terms of Use – to be able to bring legal actions before courts in other jurisdictions (that is to say other than in Italy or in Venice), to protect its own interests and assert its rights.
